After discussing with a friend who work with Connex, identified the following as top challenges with Public Trans in Vic:
+ Relationship management with ticket agents. Ticket agents include newsagents, tourism outlets, posst office, and connex station staff
+ Engagement with local community, and undertaking initiatives that support local communities
+ Effective use of communication channels with customers regarding service delays, timetable changes, etc
+ Compliance with government policy, in particular the implementation and compliance to defined fares and conditions
